Closing on The T City Phase II
Express Group, is excited to announce the closing of The T Oklahoma City Phase II, in Oklahoma City. The deal received an award of Federal LIHTC from OHFA at their November 2021 Board meeting. This funding will allow Express to add onto the previous phase (currently under construction) and will help to fulfill the dire need for high quality affordable housing in the Oklahoma City area.
